Marc Hébert
PhD, founder and chairman of the board
Marc Hébert holds a doctorate in neurological sciences. He is director of the cognitive and clinical neurosciences axis of the CERVO Research Center and co-director of the Thematic Center for Research in Neurosciences at Laval University. Professor of ophthalmology at Laval University since 2001. He was president of the Society for Light Therapy and Biological Rhythms from 2010 to 2013. He is the founder of the company Chronophotonix and co-founder of DiaMentis, which holds exclusive licenses operating at Laval University.

Tony Marinelli
President and Chief Executive Officer
Tony Marinelli is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive in the Information Technology and Digital Marketing sector. Over the past 30 years, he has managed and transformed technology start-ups into profitable SMEs, employing hundreds of people. During his career, he has developed strong relationships with key stakeholders in the venture capital industry and has established strategic partnerships with renowned high-tech companies.

Francisco Mureddu
Director of Sales – Mexico
Francisco Mureddu is an inspirational entrepreneurial leader with strong communication and international sale experience. During his career, Mr. Mureddu held various positions in reputable companies including, BMW, Robert Bosch and Schlumberger. He holds a degree in mechanical engineering and Master in eCommerce.

Brian Barry
Strategic Advisor
Brian Barry is Tirna Partners Managing Partner. Previously CEO of Ericsson in Canada and has extensive industry experience in leading Boards and accelerating companies’ growth and M&A (recently PinPoint by Descartes). Currently Advisor to Descartes, Chairman University of Limerick and an Advisor to The Government of Ireland

Jacques Denommee
Strategic Advisor
He has over 30 years of experience building winning teams, deploying business strategies and risk management practices to small and medium-sized businesses, including 18 years in venture capital. He contributed to the success of several companies, including Telecité, Optosecurity and Miranda. He is a speaker on the theme of value creation and the creation of innovative ecosystems and the author of the book "The Business Paradox".

Simon Thibault
PhD, Physics – Member of the technical advisory committee
Simon Thibault is a professor in the Department of Physics, Physical and Optical Engineering at Laval University. He brings to the advisory team a rich experience and expertise in the fields of optical design (engineering, aberration theory, optomechanics), optical metrology (interferometric, CGH, aspherical), adaptive optics (simulation , deformable mirrors), optics for extreme environments (design, metrology, cryogenic, space) and in long-term outdoor lighting (LEDs, aging models, standards, thermal management).
